Bennington Aida Bowl - $25.00
Tagged with: benningtonbowlceramicsyusuke aida

Wonderful Bennington Potters tall bowl originally designed by famed Japanese ceramicist Yusuke Aida sometime between 1961 and 1964. This line is referred to as “Classic Bennington” and the bowls are shape #1641, meant for soup or salad.

The glaze appears to be one of the original colors – sometimes referred to as “Tawny” or mustard yellow. We think this was a collaborative line with David Gil.

In great condition with no major damage that we can see. Marked on reverse with the older Bennington imprint.

Bowl measures about 5 1/2″ wide (6″ wide handle to handle) and are about 2 1/4″ tall.
