This wonderful, starburst-decorated ashtray takes you back to the atomic days of old. Made by the California Cleminsons, the ashtray has two starburst or snowflake decorations in blue and red. Body of ashtray has a bumpy, mottled texture which was standard in this line. We usually see these pieces in black or white glaze, but this one has an unusual reddish-brown tint.

In excellent condition with no damage that we can see. Just a hint of wear on the top in places, but overall a really beautiful piece. Unmarked on the bottom, as are most pieces in this line. Would look great sitting on a midcentury table, whether or not you smoke. Ashtray measures about 6 1/2 inches long and 5 1/2 inches wide.
