Modern polar bear figurine or paperweight designed by Gunnar Cyren for Dansk Designs. A selection of these beautifully crafted animals are still being produced by Dansk. The polar bear is quite heavy, being silverplate over zinc. Marked on bottom with “Dansk Designs Japan GC”.

In good vintage condition – no major damage on the piece, but with a few small dings to the metal and some fine scratching on one side.

Polar Bear measures about 1.75″ tall, 2.75″ long and 3/4″ wide.
