Three (3) wonderful blue and white speckled plates attributed to Heath Ceramics. We’re uncertain what line this item is from, but the shape looks to be in Heath’s Rim Line. However, we haven’t found an exact size correlation to these particular ones. We believe they may have been a custom order.
The plates are from the well known California company originally started by Edith Heath that has produced ceramics for over 60 years. More information on the Potteries of California website.
Plates measure about 10 3/8″ in diameter and are quite deep – almost suitable to hold a stew. Only one plate is marked with a Heath ink stamp in the center on the back. In great vintage condition with no damage that we can see, a few glaze pops, mostly to the back of the plates. We actually have a 4th plate, but are not including it in this lot because it has a big chip repair. (However, let us know if you’re interested in that one too – but keep in mind it may affect the shipping cost since these plates weigh almost 2 1/2 pounds each)
