Lovely little brown with orange interior cup from Heath Ceramics. We’re uncertain what line this cup is from, but it seems like it would fit with pretty much any one. We’re also uncertain of the function, but believe it to be a small handleless tea cup. This is from the well known California company originally started by Edith Heath that has produced ceramics for over 60 years. More information on the Potteries of California website.
The cup is matte chocolate brown in color, with the interior being a sort of dark pumpkin orange glaze. Cup measures about 3 1/4″ tall and 3″ in diameter. In great vintage condition with no cracks or chips. The only wear is to the interior bottom of the cup which has some sort of rough wear. We’re uncertain whether or not the wear is from previous use or if it occurred in manufacturing, but either way is does not affect the display or use of the cup. Marked on the bottom with the famous Heath logo.
