A fantastic set of four (4) different Iittala Ultima Thule glasses. This classic and iconic glassware was designed by Finland’s Tapio Wirkkala circa 1968 and is still being made today by Iittala. The wonderful design is made to resemble ice crystals.
We figured we should keep this wonderful variety set together for a collector who might just be starting out. Would be great for display or for use.
We aren’t 100% certain what the function of the different glasses are, but here are the measurements and what type of glass we think they are:
Single old fashioned or juiceglass – 3 3/8″ tall, 3 1/8″ wide
Cocktail glass – 3 1/2″ tall, 3 3/4″ wide
Highball glass – 4 7/8″ tall, 3 1/8″ wide
Beer mug – 4 1/2″ tall, 3 3/4″ wide.
All glasses are in excellent condition. Stickers are not present on the glasses, but they do appear to be only slightly used, if at all. The beer mug appears to be the most uncommon of the four glasses – we didn’t see these in too many other places.
Because of the heavy weight and fragile nature of the glass, the shipping is slightly more on this item. If you happen to live on the West Coast, it may be much less than state – please contact us for a quote if so.
