Colorful midcentury style Italian planter pot with an sgraffito style design incised on the surface. We don’t know the manufacturer on this one, but the rough outer style is similar to some of the Rosenthal Netter or Bitossi pieces we’ve seen. However, as we’ve said before, it can be nearly impossible to conclusively identify vintage Italian ceramics that just have the word “Italy” on them.

This is still a wonderful pot for display or use. Has red, yellow, sky blue and navy blue bands in the design with crisscrossed incised lines all over the surface. In excellent condition with no damage that we can see – rough texture of this handmade pot is intentional. Measures about 4 3/4 inches tall and 3 3/4 inches wide.
