Cute angel figure with delicately painted face and details, from Nymolle in Denmark. We believe this to be either a candleholder or a small bud vase.

The opening at top is actually a “star shape” which leads us to believe it might function well as a small vase for flowers. We’re uncertain as to who might have designed this angel – we’ve seen it attributed to Jacob Bang, but believe that is incorrect (unless someone can provide proof of it).

Angel is in excellent condition with no damage. A tiny bit of wear to the top hole, and some candle wax that we weren’t able to remove. Marked with the Nymolle stamp on bottom.

Measures about 4 3/4″ tall.
