Lovely David Lance Goines miniature lithograph poster, "Rainbow Zenith" (poster No. 8) featuring a biplane and rainbow decoration. From what we've heard, this is a miniature poster created by reducing the negatives from the original full sized poster, and was done in 1973 with an edition of 2000.
The inks look to be metallic, and it's interesting you can see "dots" pattern on only a few of the lighter colors - the others are solid and definitely do not have dots, so it's not a 4-color process. The paper also doesn't appear to be super shiny. Have looked through his site, but did not see anything definitive about this particular miniature poster. Matted and framed (metal) with hanging wire on back.
In good vintage condition, with some light wear to the frame and glass. Doesn't appear to be any damage to the poster.
Measures about 14 1/4" by 11 1/4", actual poster is about 9 1/4" by 7".
