A lovely brown and white midcentury candleholder produced for Rosenthal-Netter in Italy. These originally came as pairs (and in fact, we saw its mate – cracked in half by a careless store employee!), but would work really nice as a decorative element or vase in a modern setting as well.
Rougher dark brown bisque clay is sandwiched by two areas of slightly transparent white glaze. These items are often sans label, but the one we found still had the Rosenthal sticker on the bottom. It reads “Created in Italy for Rosenthal Netter 275/5″.
In excellent vintage condition with no damage that we can see. Measures about 6 1/2 inches tall, 4 1/4 inches wide at the top, and 3 1/4 inches wide at the bottom.
