Welcome to A La Modern, a little online shop specializing in vintage housewares and home decor. While our primary focus is on mid-century and vintage modern items, we'll sometimes feature older antiques as well as newer, non-vintage goodies. We like to showcase one-of-a kind, special treasures that you can't find in normal stores.

We also actively buy certain vintage, antique or mid-century modern items - both for inventory and our own collections. So if you have something you think we would be interested in please let us know. For now, we can only offer this service in the Southern California area, but we may be expanding this in the future.
