Fabulous set of five modernist sculptured wood animal toys by Antonio Vitali for Creative Playthings. These minimal playforms were made in the 1960s-70s in various different shapes. These are farm animals comprising of 1 large horse, 2 smaller foals and 2 pigs. Wood color varies and species is unknown but have seen birch and walnut as candidates. Unmarked as were almost all of these toys.

In good vintage condition, with no cracks or damage. There is some light wear, scuffs, nicks in the wood, variations from the carving. The smallest horse has a chip off the foot.

Various sizes, largest horse is 9" long, 5 1/2 " tall. Smallest pig is 2 1/2" long 1 1/4" tall.
