An unusual Bitossi Italian modern vase with abstract purple, orange and red "squiggle" leaf designs on rough brown glazed stoneware. Believe that this is an unknown name decor, would be interested if anyone knows more about it. Interior is glazed shiny brown, the colorful leaf designs are incised and then filled in with shiny glaze. Would look good displayed with other Bitossi pieces. Unmarked on bottom as far as we can tell.

In good vintage condition with no cracks or chips. Some manufacturing glaze pops and misses. Some light crazing to some of the leaf squiggle areas Some florists gum or residue of pads on bottom.

Measures about 8" tall, 5" wide mouth, 6" widest.
