Fantastic modernist puzzle blue Blenko 8904 tall vase designed by Hank Adams in the 1980s. Believe this is the Azure blue color, there are also interesting texture striations or wavy lines in the glass. This is called variously the puzzle, squiggle, or wiggle vase. Unmarked, inset pontil on bottom.

In good vintage condition with no cracks or chips. There is a bit of roughness and sharpness to the rim, don't think it's damage but happened in manufacturing or trimming. Water spotting or dirt on interior, see last photo for example - might also be bubble lines in the glass. As this is hand made, there are bubbles and lines in the glass.

About 15 3/4" tall, 5 3/4" widest, 1 3/4" wide at mouth.
