Nice modernist serigraph by California artist David Weidman. Avocado green with reds in the print featuring a large rooster chicken in the foreground with 3 smaller birds in the upper corner. No frame, has a 2 inch mat in yellow-brown and a backer board. Somewhat unusual print titled "Chinese Chicken", believe it was created to mark the Chinese zodiac sign for Year of the Rooster. Marked in the print with Weidman, and signed in pencil with "Chinese Chicken Ed. 250 Weidman".

In good vintage condition, with no damage to print. Some wear to the mat on the back and backer board. Do not know if or how it is attached or glued to the backer board. Originally framed in a standard glass and wood frame, was removed at some point.

Mat measures about 24" by 24" (2 feet square). Viewable area is about 20" by 20" square.
