DeMott Birds in Flight Sculpture

An elegant metal sculpture of a flock of birds swooping down, attached to a rock base. Believed to be a DeMott sculpture, though not marked (have seen this design of bird marked on another DeMott piece). Welded metal birds in flight attached to a piece of rock with a bolt, with thin spattered metal near the base. This one is a bit nicer than some of the other standard sailboat DeMott pieces, much more in the line of Curtis Jere items. Unmarked as far as we can tell.

In good condition, with no damage, cracks or chips. Some tarnish to the metal - some of the very thin spattered metal near the base may be bent but very difficult to tell. Wear to the stone, green felt pads on bottom.

Measures about 8" tallest, 10" longest.
