A lovely small stylized metal bird sculpture by Joaquin Tinta, the well-known Ecuadorian silversmith who designed many modernist sculptures, jewelry pieces and figurines. Unsure of metal compostition, bird has pattern on wings, neck and tail along with turquoise eyes. Unmarked on bottom, with two holes typical of Tinta figurines.

In good vintage condition with no cracks or damage. A bit of tarnish here and there, a few scratches and scuffs, wear to bottom.

Measures about 4" tall, 3" long, 1 1/2" widest.
