Great looking, hard to find, minimalist white porcelain ceramic and wood low oval bowl in the Capri line designed by Michael Lax for Hyalyn and distributed by Raymor. Very difficult to find this large low bowl. Construced of plain white glazed ceramic with attached walnut wood foot, typical for the items in the line. Unmarked on bottom as is usual for these pieces, we've had a few with stickers but never any that were marked on the ceramic or wood.

In fair vintage condition, but with some condition issues. Some light wear and scuffing to the wood, some light marks and wear to the ceramic. There is a large chip that has been partially reglued on the underside lip of one end. The bowl can still be displayed so that the chip doesn't shop if you face it away. There is also a hairline crack near the wood foot - believe that is due to pressure from where it is attached since we've heard of other Capri items having similar issue. Please see the photos - price reduced for the damage. We normally do not sell damaged items like this, but are making an exception due to the desirability of this line.
